Size Exchange Guidelines
We happily offer a one-time Size Exchange on all unworn items, subject to the following conditions:

| Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. |
| The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product shows signs of wear or damage. |

| Once the original item is received and inspected, the new size will be dispatched within 5-7 business days. |
| The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. |
